GWO - First Aid Module

COURSE OBJECTIVE

The aim of GWO-First Aid Training is to provide participants with basic first aid knowledge that will enable them to work safely in the wind industry / environment, with theoretical and practical application guidance.
It will ensure that the participant's emergency response training requirements are met.

*Trainings are given in accordance with the "Global Wind Organisaton" Safety Training standard.

PREREQUISITES

In order to participate in GWO BST Trainings, "Participant Health Declaration Form" approved by the participant, photocopies of identity cards and one (1) photo should be sent to Extreme WORKS "[email protected]" before the training.

CERTIFICATE

This course represents one module of the overall GWO Safety Training curriculum. The certificate is valid for 2 years. We recommend regular practice of rescue procedures.

**GWO First Aid Training Module is provided in accordance with the Ministry of Health approved First Aid Basic Training.

TARGET GROUP

GWO First Aid Module is designed for personnel who are working in the wind industry or who will work at altitude. Suitable for the participation of personnel who will work in onshore or offshore wind sectors

EDUCATION OBJECTIVES

At the end of the First Aid Training Module, participants gain knowledge and practical skills about the importance of first aid in a safe manner, the correct application of life-saving first aid techniques in an emergency in a wind turbine environment and the relevant legislation.
